A no fuss 3-YEAR WORLD WIDE WARRANTY.
Unlike many of our colleagues in the wader business that offer vague “lifetime of the product” warranties, we believe in being clear and straightforward.
We stand behind our waders, plain and simple. That’s why we provide an unrivalled 3-year worldwide warranty covering material and manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. (All our other products come with a one-year worldwide warranty from the date of purchase).LOC Outdoors AB warrants products purchased only through an official LOC dealer or the official LOC website. All warranty claims must be supported by a valid proof of purchase.The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper usage, accidents, unauthorised/own repairs, modifications or lack of proper maintenance. For tips on proper maintenance please read the Care Advice section or for more detailed information the user manual. (PLEASE NOTE! DO NOT USE AQUASEAL OR AQUASURE TO REPAIR YOUR WADERS AS THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY!)
REPAIR & SERVICE
If your LOC Waders fail due to heavy use, accidents, or the natural wear of materials and components over time, our Service & Repair Department will do its best to repair them in the most cost-effective way possible.If we determine that your waders are beyond repair, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.Damaged or defective waders must be returned to LOC or to the LOC dealer from whom they were purchased. All repairs or replacements are carried out at our discretion. After assessment, we will contact you with our recommendation. If we do not hear back from you, your waders will be returned 30 days after our last contact.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to LOC.SHIPPING
The owner/sender is responsible for shipping costs to the LOC Service Centre. If the claim is covered under warranty, LOC will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge, and cover the return shipping cost.If the damage is caused by the user, the owner is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional handling fees (such as cleaning and drying if the waders are not sent in clean and dry condition).Note: All customs duties and related charges are the responsibility of the owner.REPAIRS DUE
TO ACCIDENTS
If your waders require repair for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair them, if possible, for a fee.Please send clean and dry waders to the store where they were purchased or, if bought through our website, directly to the LOC Service Centre. After inspection, a representative will contact you with a repair quote.Standard repair time is approximately 2 weeks from the date your waders arrive at our facility (excluding transit time).A tip, if you are out on the water and you have an accident putting a puncture in your waders, the LOC Instant Field Repair Patches are great.

HOW TO SEND YOUR LOC WADERS FOR REPAIR OR WARRANTY CLAIM?
Before sending your waders, ensure they are clean and completely dry. Dirty or wet waders will be returned without service, and all return shipping costs—plus an administration fee of 20 EUR/USD—will be charged to you.Please print and complete the Repair & Service Form and include it with your shipment.LOC is not responsible for items lost in transit. Remove all personal belongings and accessories before shipping.LOC will, in the case of a valid warranty claim, repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge. LOC will also cover the return shipping cost to the owner.If the damage is caused by the user, the owner is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional handling fees (such as cleaning and drying if the waders are not sent in clean and dry condition).If LOC replaces your waders, the replaced product becomes the property of LOC Outdoors AB, Sweden.Note: All customs and duty-related charges are the responsibility of the owner.REPAIR & SERVICE FORM

HOW TO SHIP
1. Make sure the product is clean and completely dry both inside and outside. LOC do not handle wet or dirty products.
2. Fold the waders nicely and pack it into a box of your choice. Don’t use a larger box than necessary.
3. Put a copy of the Service and Repair Form into the box. Important!!!
4. Send a copy of the Service and Repair Form to: service@locwading.com
